A beautiful place to stay. Do yourself a favour.

We stayed for only a couple of nights but enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Canopy Tropical Chalets is well maintained and very quiet. We actually thought we were royality staying there. They have the simple things right. We arrived with no fuss with Alan carrying our bag to the room. He told us to grab the push bikes if we like and go for a little explore and some food. See just a simple touch. There is a bus stop right out front and for .60 per day you can go from bay to bay. This is a great place and next time in Townsville visiting the folks and looking for a holiday we'll be shure to stay there again. Without doubt.

Magnetic Island itself. Do the lot by catching a bus and exploring the bays.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel room was larger than normal and very clean, it was also in the heart of maryborough but was still quiet great place to stay

Excellent Excellent Excellent

I have stayed at Motel 707 before and I cannot speak highly enough of it. Recent redecorating has only improved what was already an excellent place to stay. As I was only passing through on the way to Brisbane I cannot speak of any attractions in Emerald but it is a clean picturesque town which I would 1 day like to explore and I will without any hesitation stay at Motel 707 again.
