Our family room had to be entered through a garage that had the managers personal belongings in it. Our room had NO windows at all, not even in the bathroom. We likened it to a bunker! The whole room was dirty. The shower had bobby pins in it that did not belong to us. The kitchen sink had not been cleaned it quite some time, it was stained. The permanent residence upstairs had their tv or radio going all nite.
Reception smelt of smoke and dog. The photos on the website are not an accurate portrayal of the condition of the place. Doors did not close or open properly and the room was generally in a state of poor maintainence. Very disappointing.
