I was impressed with the facilities of this hotel and the friendliness of its staff. The location is central and near to the Botanic Gardens and Urangan Central where you can get most of the daily staff you need.
It is also near to the famous 1.12 km long harbour pier which is only a stone-throw away from the hotel. You can strode along with you loved ones on the beach that is just next to the hotel along the Charlotte Esplanade. It is especailly beutiful in the evening.
The ambient of the hotel is relaxing with two beautiful swimming pools just outside my balcony. The setup of the hotel room is neat and tidy. Condition of room is tip-top which gave me the feel of luxuries of a 5-star hotel.
Overall, I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for great breakaway holidays and be indulged in the beauty of nature that Hervey Bay provides.
It is certainly value-for-money and you will not regret staying in this hotel.
