Did not offer what it stated in adverts desk staff rude and would not allow us to pay extra to move

The cleaning staff were geat, the spa was cold ,we were told th place was booked out and that there were no other rooms left to choose so that we could be moved or upgrade of which we were willing to pay extra, we saw 5 other people and 3 in the restaurant the whole time we were there they were not busy , I dont like being lied to I am in business and I thought the staff were very unaccomodating Very Poor

The town was nice I would have prefered to stay on the Marina side It had more activities or hirde a car to be able to get around
