The Arkana had everything that our family needed to make us comfortable. We stayed in the family living room. We had an air con, heater, blankets, coffee, tea makings, miilk, sugar, cookies, small fridge with glasses, wine glasses, and ice cube trays, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, chairs, closet, drawers, and a TV. Parking is directly in front of the room which one stays at. Check in and check out was fast and easy and the folks are friendly! There was room service available if you wanted it.
The location was convenient and safe. For a family traveling and needing a great place to stay that won't break the bank, the Arkana is the place for them!
